ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been placed through our secure website, we will email you with a confirmation. If for any reason you do not receive confirmation please contact us at info@classicgiftbaskets.com.au

If a particular product is unavailable at the time of ordering, it will be replaced with a similar product at the same or greater value.

GIFT PRESENTATION

All gifts are individually wrapped and decorated with quality ribbon. A small handmade gift card is included for your personalised message.

Please note that orders delivered outside Western Australia will be presented in an attractive gift box instead of a basket, where applicable.

DELIVERY

We deliver Monday to Friday.

Perth Metropolitan Area - Orders received before 10am will be delivered within the Perth Metropolitan area on the same day.

Orders received after 10am will be delivered the following day.

Western Australian Country Areas - Delivery may take up to two days, depending on the location. Orders received by 10am will be despatched on the same day.

Interstate Australia - Orders received before 11am will be despatched on the same day. To major cities, deliveries will be the next working day. For country or remote areas please allow 2-3 days.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Perth Metropolitan Area - A $13 courier charge applies.

Outer Perth Metro Area - A $15.00

West Australian Country Areas - These charges vary depending on the weight and distance. These costs will be discussed at the time of order confirmation.

Interstate Australia - A $25 courier charge applies.

If redelivery is required due to the recipient being unavailable to accept the goods, a second delivery charge will apply.

CURRENCY CONVERSION

All prices listed are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST. If you are ordering from overseas, you can check currency conversion here.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Diners Club, American Express. Cheques and accounts may be accepted with prior approval.

TAX INVOICE

We are registered for GST and will provide a Tax Invoice. All prices listed are in Australian dollars, GST inclusive.

OUR GUARANTEE

If the recipient of the gift is not 100% satisfied, we will happily replace it with another, or refund your money.

PRODUCTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL

Gifts that contain alcohol may only be purchased by, and delivered to, people over the age of 18.

HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

1. Click the "Show Online Order Form" link that appears under all the product descriptions. Our secure Order Form opens to a new page. (You will need only one Order Form, even if you are sending items to different addresses.)

2. On the Order Form, find the item/s you require, and enter the relevant Quantity. Then click once in the "Sub Total" box to update the price.

3. When you are ready, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. (Freight will be calculated later during the ordering process, in line with the Delivery Charges mentioned on this Information page.)

4. On the subsequent page, you will see all the items you have selected, with provision for entering the name, address, phone number and email of each recipient, along with the message you wish to attach to each item, and the preferred delivery date. Further down this page, you will be asked for your own details (name, address etc.) and credit card information.

5. When you have entered the required information, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

6. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
