OUR GUARANTEE

If the recipient of the gift is not 100% satisfied and the purchaser contacts us within 24 hours of receiving the gift, we will happily replace it with another or credit the amount to a gift voucher. *Please note: We do not offer CASH refunds*

However please be advised that if you have chosen for the gift to be left at the door. Classic Gift Baskets is not liable for gifts that were stolen or affected by the environment or weather or error in recipient address

OPENING HOURS

We are open online 247. Please order now for same day delivery, register for an account for a speedier check out process.

Our customer service opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Please call us on 08 9228 9035 between those times or leave a detailed clear message and we will return your call within the same business day or the following working day if it is after hours.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been placed through our secure website, we will email you with a confirmation. If for any reason you do not receive confirmation please contact us at info@classicgiftbaskets.com.au

If a particular product is unavailable at the time of ordering, it will be replaced with a similar product at the same or greater value.

TAX INVOICE/RECEIPT

We are registered for GST and once your order has been processed you will receive a Tax Invoice. All prices listed are in Australian dollars, GST inclusive.

CANCEL MY ORDER

*No Cancelations on specials and vouchers*

If you contact us 48hrs before delivery date stated on your invoice and we confirm the cancellation request, we can definitely cancel your order. (Cancellations for country Australia must be lodged 5 working days prior to requested delivery date)

You will receive a credit voucher for the total amount less an administration fee, which will be valid for a 1- year period.

*Please note – we DO NOT give cash refunds*

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Direct Bank Deposits (*only be approved customers).

GIFT PRESENTATION

All gifts are individually wrapped and decorated with quality ribbon. A small hand written gift card is included for your personalised message.

Please note that orders delivered outside Western Australia will be presented in an attractive gift box instead of a basket, where applicable.

If the item listed is not available, we will substitute the item with an equal or higher value similar product.

CURRENCY CONVERSION

All prices listed are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST. If you are ordering from overseas, you can check your currency on reputable exchange rate websites.

CHRISTMAS GUIDELINES

To ensure deliveries prior to Christmas, order cut off dates for each state will apply:

WA – 17/12
QLD, TAS, NT, NSW, ACT, SA, VIC – 10/12
(Please note these dates are a guide only and may change without further notice)

Orders over 10 hampers must give a minimum of 24 hours notice for delivery.

Gifts that contain alcohol may only be purchased by, and delivered to, people over the age of 18.

  • Orders with 10 gift hampers or more will receive a courtesy confirmation of the chosen delivery date.

DELIVERY

  • Same day delivery (is only for Perth inner Metro) – orders must be placed before 12pm that same day.
  • We deliver Monday to Friday.
  • Company gifts will be delivered within business hours of 9am – 5pm.
  • Residential gifts will be delivered within the hours of 8.30am – 8.30pm.
  • *Please note we cannot specify or guarantee an exact time for delivery*
  • Weekend delivery is subject to availability and must be organised by 5pm Friday, before that weekend.
  • 10 or more gifts going to the same Perth Metro destination will have delivery date confirmed by us.
  • Perth outer metro may take 1 working day
  • Country WA orders may take 2-3 working days to be delivered.
  • Interstate orders may take 3-5 working days to be delivered.

If you have requested for the gift to not be left at the door, or it is not safe to leave the gift at the premise unattended e.g. locked gate, open view to public; a redelivery surcharge will apply, once second delivery occurs.

INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please enter all delivery information correctly. Including the correct company name, room/ward number, street name and street number. If we receive incorrect delivery details and cannot deliver to the recipient a redeliver surcharge will apply to you.
